TUESDAY 9-20 UPDATE-WE LOVE YOU CHRISTINE

I am so happy to report, although still in critical condition, that Christine seems to making some more improvements!  Her kidneys are functioning better, lung function has improved some, and they are possibly reducing the sedatives, so it is possible her mother and father will be able to see her open her eyes.  It is difficult for me to even write this, as I'm crying with tears of hope and some relief.  The prayers and love everyone is pouring out seem to be getting through to her, so please keep it up!  Although, she is still in critical condition there is more hope at this moment.  I promise to keep you informed the second I know of any changes either way.  I can't thank you enough for all of the words of encouragement  for Christine and her family.  The love and stories are definitely keeping me positive, for that I am eternally grateful.  If you're having difficulty posting on the blog, I think you need to join first.  Just click join up at the far right.  Once you join, click on comments at the bottom of my posts.  Then click publish post on the bottom.  Please leave any comments, stories and memories of you times with her, and your support.  Besides giving the family hope, I also plan to reach each and every post to her.  I really believe it will be of great comfort to her during the difficult road back.

  1. When Laura called me and told the the latest update I cried tears of happiness because I knew you were going to pull through this. I know you still have a long road ahead of you but the hard part is done so continue fighting, be strong and cant wait to see you! God is listening to everyone's prayers. Kaylie and Sophia said they cant wait to give you a hug and say they think that it was the pony pictures they colored for you that made you better. Big kisses and hugs to a true fighter!

  2. I plan to bring any cards up to Christine on Friday and read them all to her. The doctors said that she can still hear what I am saying even though she is in a coma. I'd be glad to bring any up if you'd like, so just let me know. Thank you
